Personal History: COL Donald B. Leazott, USA (Retired)
I was a member of OC 30-67, 60th Company, 4th Platoon, which graduated 22 May 1967. Since we had the dubious distinction of having an Armor Officer TAC, LT John P. Coleman, our cadence call was "Clankety-clank, we're Coleman's tanks!" Our adopted motto was, "Enter to learn, go forth to lead."

My experience during OCS molded my character for the rest of my life! In addition to the moral and ethical values my family taught me, it gave me confidence, discipline and commitment.

In May of 1997, Prescott Smith organized a 30th year reunion of the 4th Platoon, 60th Company in Las Vegas, Nevada. Of a total of 21 Candidates, one was deceased, 16 found and 11 attended. A great time was had by all!
