I was in the class of OC 17-67. I've written several essays about my tour in Vietnam. Most of them can be found by going to www.vietvet.org , from there scroll to "Remembrance" and once there scroll to "Vietnam 1968". The piece entitled "Vietnam 1968" was first published in the Wall Street Journal on November 11, 1996. The piece called "Rescue of Dustoff 65" will have links to other sites that have stories about the medivac crew who were rescued by my platoon.
